Spark may change our privacy policy from time to time.  We will post all changes to this webpage and place a notification on our homepage.  If you have provided us with your email address, we will also send you a notice. Unless we obtain your express consent, any significant policy changes will apply only to information collected after the new policy becomes effective.  The new policy will not apply to any information collected under any earlier privacy policies.
